Our Valuable Team

Melissa became the Director of Operations at TAC in June 2024, however she was no stranger to the TAC organization! Starting in 2021, Melissa served as a volunteer in positions including Parent Liaison, Senior/Alumni Chair, and most recently VP of Team Relations.

Melissa holds a BS in Chemistry from Murray State University. She began her career as a Business Analyst with Keane, Inc., transitioned to Kroger as a Release Coordinator, and soon became Manager of the Desktop Transition Team. With a move to Georgia, she took time away from the business world, and instead took on the role of President of the Blue Tide Swim Team.

Melissa brings a breadth of knowledge in process improvement, change management, software release coordination and project management skills to her role as Director of Operations. When not working or volunteering, Melissa spends her time with her husband Jason, and her two children, Erik and Kennedy – both competitive swimmers.
