Lisa Honaker has spent the last 23 years in Raleigh. She has lived all over the country – from Los Angeles to St. Louis and New York City. She grew with swimming and soccer, and passed swimming along to her kids. She graduated from the University of Missouri and got her MBA from the University of Richmond. She has continued her love of learning through various Executive Education programs at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Cornell and Northwestern.

Lisa took a huge leap in 2022, and transitioned from a 29 year career at FedEx to a Seattle based SaaS start up. At FedEx, she was a Managing Director and led an organization of $110M and 150 sales people and leaders. She was the architect of the largest sales organization transformation the organization had built. Currently, Lisa is a Senior Director at Highspot, a sales enablement platform. It is a Series E funded startup with plans for an IPO exit. She is a seasoned, passionate leader focusing on developing high performing teams. driven towards one common goal through creating a shared vision and an inspiring pathway to success.

Outside of work Lisa spends her time with her kids, Olivia and Matthew. Both club swimmers since they were 9, she has been part of that club’s parent led organizations, most recently serving as the TITAN Leadership Council’s President. Olivia is currently swimming Club Swim at NC State and Matthew is wrapping up his Senior year with the TITANS. Lisa also has spent the last four years serving with the Young Men’s Service League, which is a mother-son organization committed to working together to serve our communities’ needs.
