TAC Lane Rentals
TAC receives no tax funding and relies 100% on fees earned for providing aquatic services to the community. In order to benefit all users, TAC has implemented a No-Refund and Late Payment Policies. Before making an inquiry, please review our lane rentals policies on this page.

Lane Rental Policy
Effective January 1, 2023, Triangle Aquatic Center will require that all facility rental payments be due at the time of the reservation. Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the rental occurs. If a cancellation occurs within the allowed time frame, a credit will be applied to your Triangle Aquatic Center account. There will be no refunds. Our rental rates effective January 1, 2023 are outlined below.
A $25 late fee will be applied to accounts with past due balances

If you chose to rent month to month you will be required to email [email protected] or call 919.459.4045. Requests are due 7 days prior to the 1st day of the month you wish to rent water. Lane space cannot be guaranteed.
Late Payment Policy
Invoice payments are due no later than the 20th day of the month. If full payment is not postmarked by the 20th, a $25 late fee will be added to the outstanding balance, and final notice will be sent. If full payment is not received within 60 days of the original invoice date, all future rentals will be subject to cancellation without notice.
Returned Check Policy
A $50 fee will be charged for any checks returned due to insufficient funds.
