The Triangle Aquatic Center is pleased to be hosting the 2019 Durham Summer Swim League Championship July 6th. This is the first time TAC has hosted this event and we are very excited to add this meet to our schedule. The Championship will feature nearly 1000 swimmers from seventeen DSSL teams. The meet is swum in three sessions
- Session 1 features the 13&O swimmers, warming up at 7am and getting underway at 8am
- Session 2 is the 8&U swimmers, warming up just after 10am and the meet starting at 11am
- Session 3 spotlights the 9-12 yr old swimmers warming up around 1:30 and competition schedule for 2:30
The meet is hosted by Swim and Tri, The Poolside Grill, Fine Designs, Jolyn and Blended Light Photography – all of which will be at the meet offering services and merchandise.
Meet Participants, Spectators, TAC Patrons, TITAN Families: The parking lot at TAC is reserved for DSSL meet personnel and TAC employees. Unless you have a meet-specific parking pass you need to park at the Cary Towne Center. There are no exceptions.
TITAN Parents, TAC Rec Swimmers, Program Swim Parents: Access to the deck will be monitored. Rec Swimmers over 18, TITANS Parents, Program Parents must get a wristband from the Front Desk to gain access to the lower lobby. We STRONGLY discourage TITANS parents from coming on deck to go to the Program Pool. NO TITAN PARENTS are permitted on the Competition Pool Deck.
The meet is free and open to the public. Come watch these outstanding summer swimmers from Durham compete!
