Established in 2012, the TAC TITANS Swim Team is nearing 1,400 members and has earned a reputation for excellence, consistently ranking among the top teams both in North Carolina and nationally.  

TAC TITANS swimmers benefit from the Triangle Aquatic Center’s elite facilities which have helped attract top-tier coaching talent and dedicated athletes. Team members compete in local, regional, and national meets. Many former team members have gone on to participate in NCAA programs, qualify for Olympic Trials, and even secure spots on the Olympic and Paralympic teams. 

The TAC TITANS boasts a robust staff with over 25 full-time swim coaches, each bringing a wealth of expertise across all levels of competitive swimming. Additionally, the TAC TITANS have two full-time strength and conditioning coaches dedicated to enhancing athletes’ physical conditioning, endurance, and injury prevention. The team also provides access to a dedicated mental training resource. This holistic approach to developing athletes has been instrumental in the TAC TITANS’ reputation as a top-tier swim program.
