The Triangle Aquatic Center hosts it’s first major meet of 2019 this weekend, January 18-21. The 2019 TAC TITANS Polar Plunge returns this year with more than 950 swimmers from NC, SC, and VA. The meet is held in 8 sessions – a Friday evening Timed Finals, 13&O morning Prelims and evening Finals with 12&U afternoon Timed Finals on Saturday and Sunday. Monday is a Time Trial session.
Meet swimmers and spectators, TAC program and rec swimmers – The TAC parking lot is reserved this weekend for coaches and officials use only. Everyone must park in the Cary Towne Center parking lot. Parking will be monitored and strictly enforced. Rec and Program Parents are not permitted permitted downstairs without a wrist band from the front desk. These parents TITANS parents are not permitted on the Competition or Program pool decks.
The meet will offer some really fast swimming. Admission is free and open to the public.
