TAC Fitness Constituents:

Due to the lack of interest and attendance in our current fitness offerings, we are unfortunately forced to begin to discontinue the program in the near future. TAC Fitness will continue to honor passes sold and provide quality instruction until November, 2012.

TAC is committed to encouraging a healthy lifestyle both for all ages. Moving forward we will continue to explore opportunities to provide non-aquatic fitness to our community. At the present time we do not know what the "dryland" future of TAC fitness will resemble.

  • Boot Camp - This 45 minute class will incorporate ALL kinds of exercises & equipment from cardio to strength and everything in between. Level 2 = intermediate / beginner. Level 3 = advanced (modifiable)
  • Cardio Rush - 45 minutes of heart pumping total body workout. No equipment needed. Warm-up and cool-down included.
  • Lunch Time Fitness - Classes are held from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm almost daily to offer you a fantastic total body blast in 30 minutes or LESS! Ranging from Cardio to Pilates to strength training. Come at any time between 12 and 12:40 to start your workout.
  • Lunch Time Zumba - This Zumba class is a high energy cardio class, based on the Zumba Latin dance method. Come for 20 minutes, 30 minutes or for the entire hour. Burn up those lunch time calories!
  • Strength and Core - a 30 minute strength focused workout using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells or bars followed by an intense 15 minute core focused regimen.
  • Yoga - Our total body infused yoga class will stretch you, tone you, and revitalize you all in 45 minutes. All yoga abilities welcome.
  • Tabata - Intervals of 20 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest will be repeated in this 30 minute highly structured class. Created to burn fat & sculpt muscle while hitting all the target areas in only 30 minutes!
  • Focus - 30 - 45 minute target class. Hone in on 1 body part or use only 1 piece of equipment, either way you will burn it out!
  • Pilates - Core focused class on the mat. Get all the lengthening & toning you need in 30 minutes.
  • Zumba - Latin-based, dance infused cardiovascular workout! Sweat, dance, and work your muscles in ways you never thought possible all while being led by our experienced instructor! All levels welcome!
