AGREEMENT & WAIVER: Guests, defined as youth and adults with the party, agree to identify and hold harmless Triangle Aquatics, its agents and employees from and against any claims for damages to persons or property arising out of any use of the facility and its premises by users and their guests. Triangle Aquatics assumes no responsibility for any property placed in or about the facility.
All reservations must be confirmed with a written contract, signed and approved by Triangle Aquatics. A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve the space. The balance is due upon arrival on the day of the party. The deposit will be refunded if the party is cancelled over 30 days in advance. If the party is cancelled by one to four weeks in advance, $50.00 will be returned. Deposit is forfeited if reservation cancelled within one week of the party. Triangle Aquatics reserves the right to cancel this reservation at any time, in which case 100% refund will be issued.
The room is available 15 minutes before and after the party time for set-up and clean-up.
A Water Watcher badge will be provided for a parent/leader who can help with the group in the water. This helps the lifeguard by providing extra attention by someone who knows the children and can help discipline if necessary.
Children who cannot swim independently in the water must be accompanied by an adult in the water. All children will be charged as a guest regardless of whether they swim or not.
NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in the building.
