Brick Program

TAC Wave Thanks to the efforts of thousands of financial supporters, TAC's year-round public aquatic facility has already made a substantial impact in the Triangle community.

Open to the public, TAC offers all levels of learn-to-swim classes, including those for babies, children and adults. Fitness options include a variety of camps and clinics as well as deep-water water aerobics and specialized classes for those with arthritis or difficulties with range of motion. Triathletes, synchronized swimmers, water polo enthusiasts, and even scuba divers practice, race, or train at TAC and generally have fun at our pools. And the area’s top year-round swim teams, Wake County public high schools, several private high schools and Home School organizations train and participate regularly in the many swim meets at TAC. These swim meets have generated over $10,000,000 to the local economy in terms of direct visitor spending in the 30 months since the grand opening. All said, TAC proudly averages over 32,000 visitors EACH MONTH!

But our mission is primarily one of service to our community. Drowning is the leading cause of accidental death in children under fourteen years old, and both childhood and adult obesity is a significant health concern. The TAC aquatic facility provides the citizens of the Triangle a clean, quality year-round public aquatic venue that offers an array of health, safety, recreation and competition aquatic programming to combat these sad facts and boost the overall quality of life.

However, we need your donations and support to meet the financial challenges of paying for and operating a public aquatic facility without tax funding. Please consider becoming part of one of the most successful grass roots community aquatic projects in the country. Become part of a legacy of health, safety, recreation and competition aquatic programming that will make a direct impact in on our community and Triangle citizens.

Premier Brick Legacy Program
Wave Line

Premier Brick Legacy Program A high profile Premier wall that hundreds of thousands of people per year will walk by to enter the aquatic facility will be built to display the Premier Bricks. The Premier wall will be built just to the right of the front entrance to display the Premier Bricks. This location was selected to maximize exposure for donors who commit to the Premier Brick Legacy Program. A business name, a family name(s) or content up to four (4) lines of fourteen (14) characters per line can be etched into the Premier brick. Below is an artist's rendering of what the Premier Brick wall will look like.

The Premier Brick dimensions are 8" x 8" square and will be attached to the wall on a first come first serve basis. The tax deductible donation for the Premier brick is $1,000.00 and can be paid over a period of time as agreed to by TAC. Act now to create a business or family legacy and help TAC build a fun and healthy future for the Triangle.

Patio Brick Legacy Program
Wave Line

Patio Brick Legacy Program Three large patio sections in front of the spectator seating glass entrances have been identified for the Patio Brick Legacy Program. There are walkways between each section for spectators to enter the aquatic facility creating an ideal location to display the Patio bricks. Quadrants will be built out within each section as bricks are sold. This location was selected for maximum exposure to the spectators walking in and out of the aquatic facility and for events taking place in and around the patio. Donors may select from two different brick sizes. The first option is an 8" x 8" square brick that can display a business name, family name(s) or content up to four (4) lines of fourteen (14) characters per line. The second option is a 4" x 8" brick that can display a business name, family name(s) or content up to three (3) lines of fourteen (14) characters per line. Below is an artist's rendering of what the Patio Brick Legacy program will look like.

The bricks for the Patio Brick Legacy Program will be secured into the patios on a first come first serve basis. The tax deductible donation for the 8" x 8" Patio Brick is $250.00 and the 4" x 8" Patio Brick donation is $150.00. The donation can be paid over a period of time as agreed to by TAC. Act now and create a business or family legacy and help TAC build a fun and healthy future for the Triangle.
