	Derek Wall, Chief Executive Officer 919.459.4045 ext. 224 | dwall@triangleaquatics.org Derek Wall joined the Triangle Aquatic Center team on September 1, 2007 after spending several years as a Regional Director for a local pool management company. Derek’s strong aquatic background and management experience is well-suited to his new role of assuming full responsibility for all operational aspects of the TAC aquatic facility; managing its business operations. Ensuring that TAC’s mission of building and operating aquatic facilities is being spread throughout the Triangle has become a passion of Derek’s during his tenure with TAC. Born and raised in Raleigh, Derek has spent the past 16 years involved in aquatics and graduated from Campbell University with a Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing. Derek works tirelessly to ensure that TAC remains a leader amongst the Nation’s aquatic facilities and has recently worked to develop a Service and Consulting division of TAC. The new company will further Triangle Aquatic’s influence on aquatics throughout the area and the nation by offering full management services and/or consulting to other aquatic facilities.
	Julia Herman, Aquatics Director 919.459.4045 ext. 229 | jherman@triangleaquatics.org Julia Herman is responsible for managing all TAC-sponsored programs, including learn-to-swim lessons, certification classes, water aerobics, and the Triangle Aquatic Club Torpedoes. She will become a familiar face to all who wish to use TAC's clear, blue water - Julia will be managing the bookings for all external programs as well as TAC's ever-growing program offerings! Her flexibility and willingness to tackle anything are a welcome addition to our top-notch management team! Hailing from Cortlandt Manor, NY, Julia has been involved in aquatics since she was young, starting out as a competitive swimmer and then capably handling increasing responsibilities as Swim Instructor, Lifeguard, Head Swim Coach, Assistant Pool Director and now her duties as Aquatics Director at TAC. She is extremely bright, friendly, and has the ability to organize all the programs our guests need. Stop in and say “hello” and introduce yourself!
	Chris Yoo, Human Resources Manager 919.459.4045 | cyoo@triangleaquatics.org Chris Yoo, a recent New Jersey transplant, works to develop Triangle Aquatic Center’s part time staff. Chris is responsible for managing and developing all part time TAC employees including lifeguards, instructors, front desk and café staff members. Chris strives to provide both support and growth opportunities to part time staff members as well as an exceptional aquatic experience for each our guests. Chris relocated to Morrisville, NC from Palisades Park, NJ last year. A graduate of Rutgers University, he is married with 3 handsome young boys, all under the age of 4! The first of three was born in London, the second in South Africa, and his third boy was born just recently in Raleigh, NC.
	Jordan Kirk, Facilities Manager 919.459.4045 | jkirk@triangleaquatics.org Jordan Kirk has returned to the Triangle Aquatic Center as the new Facilities Manager! During Jordan’s first employment stint with TAC he worked part time as a building supervisor and on-duty manager as he completed his degree in Recreation at North Carolina State University. Today, Jordan is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the facility are running smoothly and efficiently. The safety of our guests is a top priority, alongside exceptional water and air quality! Jordan is a native to Raleigh, NC and has loved to be around the water all his life. Jordan has worked in and around aquatics for over 13 years. Jordan lives in Raleigh, NC, loves to play golf and supports the N.C. State Wolfpack in his free time. GO PACK!
